Leadership

The City Council makes decisions about how the city operates and develops. The City Council relies on appointed committees, commissions and boards to provide context and recommendations for specific issues. The City Manager carries out the City Council decisions and runs the day-to-day work of the City. All departments report to the City Manager except the City Attorney who report directly to the City Council.
