City staff has completed the review of the initial applications for the Below Market Rate (BMR) homes at Hummingbird Cottages. Letters are being sent to applicants with incomplete applications to provide an opportunity for corrections.
After January 9, 2024, staff will finalize the eligibility review for all applicants and conduct three lotteries in mid-January to determine the recipients of the affordable homes.
