Tickets & Passes Distribution Policy (Form 802)

The City of Sonoma has adopted a Ticket & Passes Distribution Policy in response to distribution regulations as set forth by the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) in Title 2, Section 18944.1 of the California Code of Regulations.

Form 802 is used by local government agencies to disclose the distribution (to an agency official) of tickets or passes that allow admission to facilities, events, shows or performances for entertainment, amusement, recreational, or similar purposes.

The policy and filed forms are required to be posted on the City’s web page for public inspection.
