The City of Sonoma has released a GIS viewer based on HTML5 and is available to the public. The viewer will enable users to view the GIS on any device such as tablets and smart phones, and any browser, and it does not require a plugin. Sonoma's Geographic Information System (GIS) provides instant access to property characteristics such as zoning, assessor's information and flood zone designation, as well as city-wide air photographs.
