City Council Reorganization was on the agenda at the December 1st council meeting. The reorganization included a presentation of a distinguished service award to outgoing Mayor Madolyn Agrimonti. Jack Ding was then selected as the new mayor and Kelso G. Barnett as the new vice-mayor.
