Pre-Proposal Queries:
Questions about the RFP should be directed to Mike Berger at mberger@sonomacity.org. Only questions submitted by 5:00 p.m. on April 10, 2024, will be considered. Responses to all submitted questions will be consolidated into a single document, available no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 16, 2024.
Submission Details:
The deadline for proposal submissions is 5:00 p.m. on April 24, 2024. Consultants must ensure that four bound hardcopies and one unbound hardcopy of their proposal are received by the City by this date and time. Late submissions will not be accepted. All proposals will be retained by the City of Sonoma and become part of its official files.
