Pay Your Water Bill Online & Monitor Your Water Usage

On-line BillPay makes it easy for you to manage your City of Sonoma utility bills and now offers additional features with the Consumer Water Portal, launching February 7, 2025.

Through the same online platform, you can:

  • View your utility bills online.
  • See your utility bill and payment history.
  • Make one-time or automatic payments from your credit or debit card or checking or savings account.
  • NEW beginning February 7, 2025! Monitor your water usage online.
    • Water data before December 10, 2024, is unavailable on the portal. For earlier records, contact the Finance Department.

The Consumer Water Portal empowers you to:

  • Track water usage 24/7 through an intuitive dashboard.
  • Set alerts for unusual consumption or to stay within a budget.
  • Detect potential leaks while you’re away.
  • Manage water usage across multiple properties and meters.

How to Access:

  • Already Registered? Starting February 7th, log in at and click “View Water Usage.”
  • New User? Register your account at the same link. Have your water bill handy—you’ll need your account number and either your full name or street address to sign up
