Exciting news is on the horizon for Sonoma as we proudly introduce Prapti Aryal, our latest addition to the team as Finance Director. After an exhaustive search, we are delighted to have Prapti on board, bringing with her over eight years of invaluable experience in municipal finance.
Prapti’s tenure as Finance Director in Clayton showcased her adeptness in managing an $8 million budget, demonstrating her proficiency in financial management. Now, she sets her sights on our city’s $43 million budget, poised to lead a team of three skilled accounting professionals.
City Manager David Guhin expresses his enthusiasm for Prapti’s appointment, citing her proven track record and anticipating her significant contributions to our city’s financial management. Prapti will officially commence her duties on May 13th.
