The City’s General Plan Update Task Force will convene on May 22nd at 5:00 p.m. in the City’s Emergency Operations Center. The key item on the agenda is the review of the draft Existing Conditions Report, now available on the General Plan Update website. This comprehensive report covers critical areas including Land Use and Socioeconomics, Economic and Demographic Conditions and Trends, Circulation, Community Services and Facilities, Utilities, Hazards and Safety, Community Noise, Conservation, and the Regulatory Setting (Appendix A).
