Planning Commission Meeting
A regular meeting of the Sonoma Planning Commission will be held on Wednesday, July 20th at 5:00 PM followed by Public Comment for the Hotel Sonoma Project at 6:00 p.m. View the full agenda on our CivicWeb portal.
Public Hearing items include:
- Wine Tasting Use Permit to Operate a Wine Tasting Facility at 27 East Napa Street
- Use Permit and Design Review application and Sign Permit for exterior modifications (window replacement, new signage, and paint) and permitting the use of the outdoor cantina to go window at the El Dorado Hotel and Kitchen
The item for discussion and public comment:
- Recirculated Draft Environmental Impact Report for the “Hotel Sonoma Project”, located at 153 West Napa Street and 541 First Street Wes
Meetings are held at City Council Chambers at 177 First St. West and can be viewed on channel 27 or the City’s CivicWeb portal. These are “hybrid meetings” in that those interested in participating can do so in person or virtually on Zoom. Find out how to participate in virtual meetings here.
