At their March 5, 2025, Regular Sonoma City Council meeting, the Council will consider ratifying the 2025 City Council Goals, adopting a new Fraud Policy, and reviewing the City’s mid-year budget update along with proposed amendments. Additionally, they will discuss creating a new Parks & Recreation Director position with an approved salary range. The agenda also includes proclamations for Red Cross Month and Women’s History Month, along with opportunities for public comment and routine consent calendar items. The City Council meets regularly at the City Council Chambers, 177 First St. West, and meetings are broadcast on Channel 27 and available for live streaming on the City’s CivicWeb portal.
Public Comment
Members of the public are encouraged to participate in City Council meetings by attending in person or submitting comments online through the public comment form on the City’s CivicWeb portal. Comments submitted in advance will be uploaded to the public correspondence folder on the CivicWeb portal for review prior to the meeting but will not be read aloud during the meeting.
