
The Sonoma County Community Development Commission is currently preparing a new Consolidated Plan. The Consolidated Plan is required by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in order to receive federal funding for affordable housing, public services, and other eligible activities. The Consolidated Plan identifies the most important needs within Sonoma County and outlines funding priorities and other goals over a five-year period.
The County needs your help to determine the most critical needs within our community! All members of the public are highly encouraged to complete the community engagement survey that is being hosted by the Commission. The survey is available in English and Spanish.
