Flood Warnings are in place for the Sonoma area for the evening of January 16; check Nixle for the most recent updates. City staff is actively monitoring the situation and will continue to do so. There is some localized flooding on 1st St. West north of Spain St., and City crews are responding.

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
