The City of Sonoma is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms or individuals to join a panel providing historic preservation services. These services will assist planning staff and City Commissions in evaluating historic resources in the city.
Key Information:
The selected consultants will be expected to provide the following services:
- Site visits and historic resource evaluations (HRE)
- Architectural descriptions and integrity analyses of properties
- Research on property occupants, architects, and builders
- Evaluation of properties for compliance with local and national preservation standards
- Recordation on State of California forms when necessary
- Peer review of submitted evaluations
Submission Details:
- Proposal Submission Deadline: January 14, 2024, by 5:00 p.m.
- Inquiries Deadline: December 18, 2024
