In accordance with existing law, the Sonoma Community Development Agency is tasked with "monitoring" the affordable housing developed or otherwise made available withing the City limits.  As a part of this monitoring, the redevelopment agency requires owners or managers of such housing to submit annual reports containing certain information.  Under new legislation [AB 987], the Sonoma Community Development Agency must compile and maintaun a database of existing, new and substantially rehabilited housing units.  The database must be made available to the public on the City's website and updated on an annual basis.  The current database is posted for 2007.
